number one was my pastels page majority of the products used are Prima, so pretty

My second layout with body form which I used left over product on, is my favourite. I'll be placing the layout in a shadow box and displaying both of them in my Kitchen, I themed this one around the world of steam punk. and again lots of Prima products.

my tag was made using Collections products and the K is for Karen

and my third final pieace is my minimal page, In This one I made washi tape feathers my favourite new technique and added pearls and lots of Prima flowers and papers........

This was the tiniest rossette i've ever made, just watch the hotglue gun and those fingers! I will follow up with the instructions soon for the washi tape feathers...

Aren;t these the most beutiful flowers, I love using beads and wire and all those found objects on a layout just to finish them of...

Now to send my email and pics to Prima, fingers crossed!  I enjoy the challenge and either way I'll be creating more and more for u all ................

A Froggy Christmas

I did this layout just before christmas and put a pic of my little green frog friend that sits in my backyard on the fence every night.  I have used a variety of christmas papers, a little bit of patch work, and cutting. The flowers I embossed to give them a bit more depth and shape.
I also decided to place my mat pieces I cut to mat my photos on a slight angle just to be a little different.
ooops I forgot to journal, will do that now........
I'm on a roll here, be back by the end of the week with another layout to share and I have a few of the page ideas to.
My classes for scrapbooking should be up on the photo continental website by tommorow to.

Happy New Year

Happy New Year Everyone, 2012 was such a hectic year for me, and very hard to keep up with my art, but I'm back and organised and have time for myself for a change and I plan on creating a lot in 2013.
My new years resolution is to keep my blog updated and try to put my weekly scrap pages I teach at Photo Continental (where you will find the majority of the products I use on there) www.photocontinetal.com.au
To start the new year of, this page was done using martha Stewart punches, Darkroom Door stamps, embossing powders, tim Holtz distress inks, hand stiching and tissue paper, the main design paper is a Kaiser paper from the christmas range + my favourite dimensional magic. I'm teaching this class in Feb in store if you would like to book in.
Well thats it for now, and as I have a day of I think I might head back to the pool Cheers to the new year Karen xo
