My Kit Kat

I just love how this layout turned out I used a tree bark stencil, inks and glimmermists to create the background effect on a plainish type paper, the branches where made with artistic wire and I punched out leaves with a birch leaf punch, my tittle was made with my cricut expression font Plaintain School Book then I ran it through my cuttlebug to emboss each letter and added a little ink to brink out the embossed pattern, My photos where taken in my backyard. I love taking a few background shots to place behind my feature Photo which is Kit Kat.

I will definately be doing more layouts with stencil techniques just love playing with this product so much you can do with stencils................

Friendship Shoe N0..2

Yes another shoe done and this one is of to live at Rettas  home. I used the colour pallete from the flowers she chose and was was inspired by the bohemian style, might call this one Inersoul blooming.
I do have another of this design being created and for sale. Just loving my Friendship shoes, everyone should have one and I do take orders....... for shoes lol...

Now on to style no 3 .......

halloween

Well as it seems Australians are devoloping a taste for the great American tradition celebrated yearly,Halloween.
Even though since my children where old enough to understand, I have always implemented the fact that we don't talk to stangers and we don't take lollies from strangers, so the thought of children knocking on strangers doors and asking for treats goes against all that we inform our children about stranger danger.  But the dressing up part, and sharing in some treats among friends is fun without the anxiety of are they safe out on the street. My opionion and everyone to their own no offence. 
This photo was taken a few years ago when my daughter and a few friends had a little fun dressing up and a party amongst themselves in the backyard with a little scare or two thrown in by mum Boo! lol
I decided to frame the photo and added a few spider webs, cut out words, bats and wire webbing, came up quite nice and she looked so pretty even though she was being a witch lol

Ok I'm no photographer so please excuse if the picture quality isn't the best. I still have my L plates lol HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE  BE SAFE xo                                                                                       

Just Me

You will very rarely see many pics of me, this is a layout I did using a few of my favourite things I had laying around and my favourite colours, most of the products I used I had picked up from the June Scrapbooking Expo held in Brisbane that I attend every year. One show I will never miss!!

FriendShip Shoe

This is a shoe I decided to make for one of my friends for her Birthday inspired by an outing of shoe shopping done 2 years ago, yes that long..  We saw a very coulourful shoe in this wonderful little shoe shop and the inspiration popped straight into my head to create wonderful friendship shoes of art.  So here I go this is my first design very moulin rouge and designed for my bestie Lou Lou.  I will take orders and will have many other designs to choose from all very individual and arty.
